eCom Healer is a software house. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we hold no payment or money transmission permissions of any kind, and we never touch customer funds.

EH Remit is licensed to firms that hold their own authorisation. The licensee is the money service business: their permissions, their regulator, their customers, their money, their compliance decisions. We supply and maintain the software they run those obligations on, and nothing else.

The platform ships with sanctions screening, a double-entry ledger, an audit log, staff multi-factor authentication and tenant isolation. Those are tools for meeting your obligations. They are not a substitute for holding them, and no configuration of this software makes an unauthorised firm authorised.

Each tier includes everything in the one before it. Prices are what you pay eCom Healer to licence the software — what you charge your own customers to send money is yours to set, in your own console.

In every tier, at every price

Some things are not a plan feature and are never sold as an upgrade.

Staff multi-factor authentication

A tier cannot make an account easier to break into. MFA is available on every plan, and its policy is yours to set.

Tenant isolation

One licensee's data never reaches another. Every query is scoped by tenant, on every tier.

Sanctions screening, where you transact

Any tier that can take a payment has the screening queue, and it cannot be switched off by any setting. A firm that cannot clear a hit cannot lawfully release the payment behind it.

Your own security page

Every administrator can change their own password and manage their own MFA, on every tier, always.
