Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Rank or Design, a trading name of Saeed Global Group FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Licence No. 4432908.01 ("we", "us").
1. Our services
We build websites, software and apps, license ready-made software, and provide SEO and digital marketing consultancy, as described in a written quote.
2. Quotes and payment
Every job starts with a written quote. Work begins once you accept it and the agreed payment is received. Software licences are billed as stated in the quote or invoice.
3. Software licences
Licensed software is licensed, not sold, for the domain or number of installs stated on your licence. Licensees hold any regulatory permissions their own business needs.
4. Results
We take reasonable care in everything we do, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.
